Excellent value for money. Provided great facilities even more than compared to some five star hotels in Lyon. The staff was very helpful and even though there was some language barrier , they went out of their way to accommodate our requests
The Location was a bit of a problem as the Hotel was quite far off from the city and there were no shopping destinations and resturants

The rooms may be a bit dated, but they are clean, functional, and have a bathtub. The beds were very comfortable, and I was able to sleep peacefully at night since the rooms face the garden and smoking is not allowed. The breakfast was sufficient, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The central location on the island is ideal for excursions.

Good wifi service (free) and working desk. Comfortable bed and shower. Parking very appreciated.
On the high ratio fro cost/quality but the cooking was a real disaster. Dining outside the hotel is reccomended.

We had a new room with all new furniture and bedding. These are the rooms which come up as superior twin on the booking. Although the same size as the standard rooms, as they are so new they are worth the extra.
The location of this hotel is awful unless you just want somewhere to put your head down for the night. It is 3km (a 20 Euro taxi ride each way) out of the town centre and on the side of a busy road, by an industrial park There is no garden or even an outside bench to sit on and no balconies to the rooms, so if it is a sunny evening and you don't want to drive you feel very trapped. It is also undergoing major refurbishment so has no restaurant nor bar. Borgoin Jallieu is quite a nice town and is walkable for the fit if you don't mind a dreary walk along a main road.

Having a work desk, coffee/tea making machines and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in our immaculate room. Unbeatable and comfortable location in Bourgoin-Jallieu, so close to numerous restaurants, a superb supermarket, and a major interchange.
Bad smell in the room.

My room was well laid out and budget, really enjoyed it. Location: the hotel was near to numerous restaurants, plenty of car parking, the airport and motorway junction:)))
It was all superb.

This hotel was ideal as an overnight stop on our journey. Its location was perfect, being just off the A43 and easy to find. The staff were friendly and the service was great. The room was clean, comfortable, and newly appointed, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was fabulous, with a great choice of options constantly replenished. All of this at a very reasonable price!
All aspects of this hotel were ok, nothing to complain about.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast had a nice variety of options to choose from. the hotel had a safe parking area for cars, which was a great advantage.
The receptionist we encountered during check-in had a bad attitude and was unwilling to help. It seemed like we were bothering her with our questions.
